Floor support hardware:
End Caps for Beams
- A. Maxispan End Cap
- B. H.D.Box I-Beam End Caps
- C. Polybeam and Box I-Beam End Caps
Application : The end caps are used to plug the open end of the beams, promoting optimum sanitation.
Skid Cap
- Designed to be used with the Polybeam, Box I-Beam and H.D.Box I-Beam
- Application : To be used when the beam is resting on a minimum 2” (5cm) recessed ledge. Note: When using the skid cap, you will not require an End Cap.
End Bracket
- Designed to be used with the Polybeam, Maxispan, Box I-Beam and the H.D.Box I-Beam
- Application: To be used when the beam can be fastened to the walkway.
Plastic Wall Bracket
- Designed to be used with the Polybeam, Box I-Beam and the H.D.Box I-Beam.
- Application : To be fastened to the pit wall when spanning across the pit.
Leg Set with 1” Polyrod
- Designed to be used with the Polybeam, Maxispan, Box I-Beam and the H.D.Box I-Beam.
- Application : To be used as an intermediate support where the beams extend beyond the recommended spanning distance. The 1” Polyrod is adjustable from 16" (40cm) to a maximum of 72"(182cm) free standing height.

Panel fillers and edges
18 x 18 Nursery Filler
- Designed to be used with the Polygrate Nursery Gro-More 18 x 18
- Application : Reduces waste: to be used as a filler instead of cutting a full piece.
18 x 18 Nursery Edge Strips
- Designed to be used with the Polygrate Nursery Gro-More 18 x 18
- Application : To be used to finish off the edge of the floor along the wall.
40 x 40 Farrowing Filler
- Designed to be used with the Polygrate 40 x 40 and the Polygrate Challenger
- Application : To be used as a filler piece instead of cutting a full piece.
40 x 40 Farrowing Edge Strips
- Designed to be used with the Polygrate 40 x 40 and the Polygrate Challenger
- Application: To be used to finish off the edge of the floor along the wall
- Note : 40 x 40 Edge strips and Fillers will require 1 1/2 pieces for every one Challenger panel .
